GOALS — human worksheet (NOT loaded by the coach)

**This file is NOT loaded into any call.** The coach only reads `MATT_PROFILE.md` and `MEMORY.md` (`skills_loader.curated_files()` returns exactly those two, and `agent.py` destructures only `profile` + `memory`). So nothing you write here reaches the coach until you copy it across. **How to use it:** the 2026-07-18 recording is explicit — you write your goals **by hand, on paper, without AI**, photograph the pages, and those photos become the source of truth. This file is the template for that hand-written page, and the place to type the pages up afterwards.

**To make a goal reach the coach:** once you've filled a section below, copy the one or two lines that
matter most — your north star and your 30/60-day money goal above all — into `MATT_PROFILE.md` as
`- ` bullets near the top. (Recommended over wiring GOALS.md to load: the coach can only fit ~14
bullets into a live call, so a whole extra file would crowd out the profile. The exact edits to load
this file anyway, if you want that, are in `.tmp/agent-v2/WIRING-PLAN.md`.)
Every `[MATT: FILL]` below is a blank for you. The worked example under each shows the specificity
that makes a goal usable — vague goals ("grow the business") give the coach nothing to hold you to.

North star — the one thing this whole system is in service of

**[MATT: FILL]** — one or two sentences. Not a task, not a metric. The direction everything else serves. _Worked example (yours will differ):_ "Build ClientsFlow into a business that funds a free, focused, self-directed life — where I'm proud of how I spend my days, not just what I earn — and become someone who ships and sells without needing to be chemically altered to do it."

Financial goal — next 30 and 60 days (the recording is emphatic about this)

Recording: _"what I want, but at the same time what will actually bring in money — because that's what's going to matter in the next month."_ Make this a number with a mechanism, not a wish. **30-day money goal: [MATT: FILL]** **60-day money goal: [MATT: FILL]** **The mechanism (what actually produces the money): [MATT: FILL]** _Worked example:_ "30 days: 2 new ClientsFlow retainers at 250k HUF/mo = +500k HUF/mo recurring. 60 days: 4 retainers total. Mechanism: 10 outbound sales conversations/week to warm local businesses —

60 days: 4 retainers total. Mechanism: 10 outbound sales conversations/week to warm local businesses —
a SELLING action, not another landing page or automation. If I'm building instead of selling, I'm
avoiding."

Identity statements — who I'm being, in the present tense

**[MATT: FILL]** — a few short "I am" lines. These feed the spoken declaration in the morning call. Keep it to a few sentences; the recording says not to overdo it. _Worked example:_ "I am someone who does the hardest thing first and lets the rest of the day be a bonus. I sell before I build.

need a substance to be the person I want to be."

What I'm explicitly NOT doing right now (the shiny-object parking lot)

**[MATT: FILL]** — name the ideas that feel exciting but are distractions from the money mechanism above. Writing them down here is how you stop them from hijacking a block. The coach can point back to this list. _Worked example:_ "NOT building: a new mentor-agent product, a course, the audio-library app, any new automation for my own use, a rebrand. All of these are 'building as avoidance'.

Current commitment and its end date (the locked window)

The recording never settled the length — you said 7 days at the strongest ("as if my life depended on it, no modification allowed"), 5 days once, and "after a week, better two weeks, I can be more lenient." Pick ONE and write the end date, because the block-close appeal mechanism depends on the window being fixed and known. **The commitment: [MATT: FILL]** **Locked from: [MATT: FILL] → reviewable on: [MATT: FILL]** _Worked example:_ "Commitment: every day the full morning protocol (cold shower → breathing → 1.5–2h

_Worked example:_ "Commitment: every day the full morning protocol (cold shower → breathing → 1.5–2h
block on last night's checklist → sit), no modification, no negotiating mid-block. Locked from Mon
2026-07-20 → first review Sun 2026-07-26 (7 days). During the window the system is NOT up for editing —
that's the point."
