2 · Conversation
Capture the full user-visible exchange with speaker, date, time and session identity. Preserve reconnect parts and late transcript tails; deduplicate repeated voice fragments.
3 · Durable originals
Save full transcript and daily review to dated local Markdown. Save the approved target-day plan separately with version and explicit reviewed/target dates.
4 · Notion records
Human-readable conversation, daily plan, ideas and knowledge records with source and version links. Notion edits must be reconciled before any older local version overwrites them.
5 · Pinecone search
Index timestamped transcript and audio-script chunks in personal memory. Retain original source references and distinguish user statements from generated coaching.
6 · Morning outputs
Derive compact handoff and both scripts from the approved plan. Assemble fixed audio, verify, and send privately through Telegram with segment timestamps.
7 · Next evening
The digest compares actual evidence with the original approved plan. Keep revisions and actual results separate so the benchmark is never rewritten after the fact.

Closeout receipt and recovery
Save comes first
Local snapshot survives an index, Notion or audio failure. Record source version and transcript cutoff. Late conversation content adds a new snapshot.
Every stage tells the truth
Saved, mirrored, indexed, generated and sent are separate states. Upload plus fetch/query proves retrieval; a Telegram receipt proves delivery, not listening.
Retry only unfinished work
A repeated finalization uses the same record identity, verifies existing outputs and avoids duplicate ideas, database rows and Telegram sends. Preserve earlier approved versions.
Human edits stay visible
If Notion and local approved content diverge, surface the conflict and reconcile it. Never claim two conflicting versions are both current.
Context is not access
At startup load the small current plan/routine/priority summary and source index. Fetch relevant full documents and dated memory during discussion. Display what was loaded and what is merely available.
Ideas are not commitments
Capture Matt’s parked ideas and label inferred candidate ideas for review. Extract confirmed decisions separately. Saving an idea never authorizes executing it.
