Three-month history sorted with rollback

All-mailbox scan reached frozen three-month boundary; 22,649 conversations reconciled to 978 verified moves and 15 closes, with two intentional human skips. Source snapshots and narrow rollback probes retained; null-to-shared and 23 closed_at timestamp restore limits disclosed.

Manual moves and Snooze preserved

Four native shared-account defaults read in settings, four owned-address internal arrivals and one independent external automatic primary arrival. Strict first-webhook pristine-state guard and controlled Fresh+/Fresh- provider mutations pass; manual/Snoozed work protected. D review PASS WITH NOTES. No external positive lead observed.

Slack alerts contain only positive replies and correct links

Post-fix internal Slack card has incoming human body, direct Missive and verified website links only; exact August opt-out card traced to stopped old producer. Negative/neutral/OOO/warmup/opt-out/replay add no card in provider proof.

Useful drafts remain unsent and UNREAD

Editable internal drafts send:false, correct sender/thread and native unread attention. Shared-open team draft/replay proof; one drafter and safe emergency stop accepted by D. Wispr transcripts unavailable pending Matt grant, disclosed in headers.

Nightly due queue and daily budget verified

Three-workday/03:00 Budapest/qualification/replay and $5 guard tested. Seed 8,116/complete=false; >=22,072 older scanned-cohort threads remain, >=18.16h at observed rate, older unscanned history unknown. Worker durable with zero retries; no unsafe parallelization.

Notion onboarding has real annotated screenshots

Private Notion readback: five annotated and four original real UI screenshots, including native Snooze picker; existing Gergő guest Can view. Accepted v3 ZIP attached once with 527 valid manifest files and 39/39 local links.
