Missive runtime verification
Runtime revision 057835dc is deployed and cloud-read back. It adds verified native-account default handling and fixes an open shared-team archive state. The final independent source review passed with provider-readback notes; bootstrap and Wispr authorization remain incomplete.
Verified in this package
- Deployed runtime and current cloud hash match the committed build. Routing and drafting flags are enabled.
- 63 focused tests and nine deployment checks passed.
- An internal positive-reply Slack card appeared once. Negative, neutral, out-of-office, warmup and replay cases did not add cards.
- Internal editable drafts were read back unsent. Native attention preserved unread state in controlled tests.
- Three source-linked style categories are deployed. The nightly job uses 03:00 Europe/Budapest.
- No client email was sent and no campaign was activated. Manual OpenRouter test spend was USD 0.004979075.
Correction evidence
- Outgoing followups require positive answer-expected qualification; exact negative stop-contact mail is a no-alert/no-followup fixture.
- Slack posting intents reconcile provider history before retry. The old August suggested-reply producer is stopped and historical posts are retained.
- Configured accounts use one drafter. Unsupported legacy unread PATCH is removed; native unread attention was proved on an internal draft.
- Four shared-account native defaults are verified and mapped. First-arrival provenance is required before moving a legacy team, so manual and Snoozed placements remain protected.
- 92 focused tests and nine deployment guards passed; cloud source hashes and HTTP health matched.
Independent review
- Five original runtime findings were corrected.
- Emergency stop now pauses both old and new drafting for configured sales mailboxes; targeted re-review passed with provider-readback limits.
- 108 focused tests and nine deployment guards pass on the cloud-read-back revision; final D review passed 68 targeted tests.
Current limits
- Full-history seed is advancing (8,116 processed at latest readback, complete=false). At least 22,072 older scanned-cohort threads remain; exhaustive completion has not been proven.
- A dedicated read-only Wispr OAuth client and encrypted cloud token storage are prepared. Matt's account authorization is pending, so drafts disclose missing transcript context.
- Real new-lead arrival has not been observed during this test; Slack and draft tests used internal synthetic events.
- Final UI screenshots and onboarding belong to package C.
