Thirty days.
One small promise.
A practical coaching guide and a proposed routine you can shape in conversation. Choose a meaningful action, make its beginning clear, and give it a version that survives a difficult day.
Draft contract · Start date undecided1. Listen, then choose
The coaching audio helps you examine the gap between preparation and action, compare the challenge options, and settle a daily commitment.
Charon · 24:38 · Natural playback speed. Open or download the audio.
The separate discussion agent is linked in the originating chat. It helps settle the contract one question at a time.
2. A small daily option
The proposed anchor is a five-minute evening routine that makes tomorrow's first useful action visible.
- Choose one outcome that would make tomorrow useful.
- Name the first concrete step, including the real file or object when helpful.
- Put it in a realistic existing time block if that helps.
- Write the step by hand and place the paper at your desk.
Write tomorrow's first concrete step on paper and put it where you will see it. Decide in the discussion whether this counts as completion or a smaller attempt.
Proposed cue: the end of the final work block, before chosen leisure or closing the day. Replace it if a different cue fits your real evening better.
Fallback: use paper alone when the internet or tools are unavailable. If you remember later that evening, do the minimum. If the evening is over, record what is known and resume at the next chosen cue.
3. Keep the fuller routine available
The earlier three-part routine remains an alternative:
- Evening planning, realistic time blocks, and a handwritten desk list.
- On waking: start the audio, wash, go to the desk, read the paper list, and begin its first action.
- A ten-minute run and five-minute meditation before midday.
Choose the narrow challenge or the fuller contract. The smaller draft does not automatically add a fourth requirement to the earlier routine. Supporting habits remain optional.
4. Make recovery part of the plan
A slipped block is a fact. The next clear action is still available.
Record a known miss honestly. Leave an unremembered day unknown. Resume at the next scheduled cue, with the minimum if needed. No automatic restart, backfilling, punishment, or catch-up workload.
Use one manual recording location. Distinguish standard completion, minimum completion, and a miss according to the rule you choose. An empty tracker is an evidence gap.
After each seven calendar days, review the cue, the size, the main obstacle, and whether the action served your goal. Make at most one useful adjustment.
5. Settle the contract in conversation
Begin with: What do I most want to be different after thirty days? Then settle the daily action, its versions, cue, fallback, date, and recording rule one choice at a time.
My chosen daily action: Why it matters: Day 1: Day 30, twenty-nine calendar days later: Cue and time window: Standard version: Bad-day minimum: Does the minimum count as completed? Fallback window: Manual recording location: Recovery after a miss: Weekly review: My first next action:
The discussion agent can record your conversation and give you a copyable contract. Manual changes to your tracker, Calendar, or Notion remain yours.
6. Understand the source limits
Partial recovery: one preserved September 27 voice note, 9:33 long, was freshly transcribed. The October 3 messages and complete September 20 through October 3 history remain unavailable.
The guide also uses saved coaching and planning context. One older video transcript contributes an experimental self-coaching cue. Its creator and Telegram send date are unverified. No Spotify or YouTube share was verified within the requested window.
The audio addresses the material actually recovered. It does not claim to know yesterday's messages or your current habits from missing records.
This page contains the proposed process. Original personal voice transcripts and detailed evidence are linked in the originating chat's local resource index.
