# Goal: Fusion 22 first-version videos

/goal Produce and present the first versions of22 distinct Fusion product videos from the seven selected storyboards, their meaningful variations, supplied actual YouTube footage and two fuller ads.

Inputs: Read BRIEF.md in this directory as the authoritative production brief. All inputs are absolute local paths or explicit public URLs. Existing research and source imagery in /Users/agency/Documents/Agty/Fusion are accessible read-only even if your task runs in a new Git worktree. Essential paths were checked by the parent.

Own: You own all production execution, recovery within the no-retry constraint, initial editing, technical verification and delivery. Write task outputs only under /Users/agency/Documents/Agty/Fusion/.codex-private/video-production-22-v1-20260910, using subfolders you assign. Do not change existing storyboard galleries or unrelated work. Workers are not alone in the codebase and must preserve others’ edits. Use a few bounded workers as Matt requested different agents; invoke launch-agent before every child, supply individual Markdown report paths, coordinate output/spend ownership, and avoid another orchestrator layer.

Constraints:600 existing Higgsfield credits total, no purchases. Higgsfield API-backed generation. Mandatory S17,S18,S02,S05,S09,S13,S15. Correct S13 source proportions before its first video generation, preserve current man. Primarily photoreal cinematic product showcases, desired high-tech moving covers allowed, mostly no text. Fast and slow reveals, selected camera motion and repeated transitions. Exact Hungarian hook only in planned captioned variants. Latest Matt instruction: “Don’t do it. The first version should be shown to me and I will make my judgment.” No quality-driven corrections, regeneration, automatic paid retries or paid refinement loops. Keep and show first results with defects noted. Planned alternate-model versions remain in scope. Observe runtime rules and applicable AGENTS.md, but user’s first-version requirement overrides generic repair/refinement checklists.

Done when:22 distinct first-version MP4s and a simple playable local review collection exist, sources/model/cost map is complete, technical playback is verified, initial visual issues are reported without re-generation, and total spend is verified within600. If an actual source/provider failure prevents some outputs, show every available initial result, explicitly identify missing IDs and irreducible cause, preserve exact resume point, and do not falsely claim22 complete or pay for retries. User review, not the agent, decides artistic acceptance. No ad campaign launch or client sending.

### Goal

### Summary
- Problem: selected storyboard images needed cinematic video first versions and actual-footage edits.
- Reason: Matt requested the first results for his own judgment before corrections or retries.
- Big picture: a local22-video creative review collection, with15 generated storyboard treatments, five actual-footage/hybrid edits and two14-second fuller ads.
- Intended outcome: all22 first versions, playable review, downloads and source/model/cost evidence.
- Result now: all22 MP4s available, technically checked, with every initial result and defect retained.
- What changed:15 first video generations across Kling3.0 and Seedance2.0, two one-pass Nano Banana Pro S13 source edits and seven deterministic footage edits.

### Inputs
- I1: [BRIEF.md](BRIEF.md), live gallery and [source-verification.json](source-verification.json). All27 selected source frame hashes matched the live gallery before spending. Mandatory boards S17/S18/S02/S05/S09/S13/S15 all represented.
- I2: all three supplied YouTube videos downloaded successfully. Actual clips and source timestamps are documented in [footage/manifest.json](footage/manifest.json).
- I3:600 existing credits maximum, no purchases, no quality-driven regeneration or paid retries. Batch ceilings210 and390 were assigned before paid work. Root and footage allocation0.

### Steps
1. S1: Read authoritative brief, checked source identity and account access, launched three independently owned batches. No conflicting source edits.
2. S2: Two S13 visible endpoints edited once before motion generation. The occluded frame needs no table edit. Nine plus four Kling jobs and two planned Seedance comparisons produced15 first videos. Seedance concurrency rejection had no accepted job ID and no charge. Its first accepted submission proceeded after capacity freed. No accepted job was resubmitted.
3. S3: Three actual-footage edits, two hybrids and two fuller ads created in one initial edit pass. Hybrid sequences use deterministic storyboard animation, not additional AI video generations. Exact Hungarian hook appears in20/22. All22 outputs are silent.
4. S4: All22 master hashes match their producing manifests and are distinct. Full FFmpeg decode passed, as did recorded normal-speed worker playback and transition inspection. Combined review visibly loads, first video played through its endpoint, and ZIP integrity passed. No quality changes followed inspection.
5. Spend reconciles to422 credits: batch A163.5, batch B258.5 including4 for source preparation, footage0. Account1134.5 before,712.5 after.178 authorized credits unused. Receipts matched by model and close timestamp because the transaction endpoint omits job IDs. Balance delta independently confirms the total.

### Manual checks and documentation
- V1: Matt reviews S13 proportions. The one-pass source preparation preserved the man, but sufficient height correction is not visually established. No further correction was attempted.
- Matt judges artistic acceptance of all first outputs. Technical delivery does not mean the requested motions were achieved.

### Material first-version observations
- IDs01/08 miss fast timing and intersect the pendant. ID01 temporarily loses the playing bed.
- ID09 adds a ghost-cover return and does not visibly deliver the requested arc.
- IDs04/11 rotate or fold covers. IDs07/14 omit the intended whip-pan.
- IDs10/12 fail the intended intermediate dining state.
- S13 versions06/13 preserve the man broadly, with subtle unproven height correction.13 does not fully conceal the transition.
- Footage/hybrid edits retain source branding, scene/material changes, broad sidebars and dissolve ghosting. Complete per-ID notes are under every review player and in the manifest.
